  1. A person who cares for cattle (and possibly other herd animals) whilst they graze.
  2. (Australian) One who owns and runs a usually large cattle or sheep farm.
Graziers on the tablelands are in dire straits because they do not have enough winter feed and will have to keep reducing stock.
