English

Possibly a contraction of spastic (as a term of abuse), or from the phrase "Spack off!!" mistakenly spoken by Tom Baker playing Dr. Who on BBC TV in 1979's Destiny Of The Daleks (He was supposed to say 'back off', but stumbled on the line).
