Usage notes
Språka is quite rare and is used about close or intimate talk. Prata is the most common, and is mainly used of informal talking. Tala is a more formal word in its own right, and mainly used about formal speeches, lecturing etc., but also in some expressions. In imperative it is also an encouragment to speak up.
